1. Booking & Payment

• Your booking is confirmed once payment is received via WhatsApp (Tikkie) or Email.

• Payment must be made within 24 hours of signing up.

• For group bookings or special requests, please contact us in advance.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• No refunds are given for late arrivals, cancellations, or missed tours.

• You may transfer your booking to someone else — just let us know in advance.

3. Participation & Liability

• Participation in the tour is at your own risk.

• We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage that may occur during the tour.

• Please wear comfortable clothes and be mindful of your surroundings.

4. Weather Policy

• Our tours run rain or shine. Rotterdam doesn’t stop — and neither do we ☔🌤

• Dress accordingly and bring good shoes and a curious spirit.

5. Route Adjustments

• We reserve the right to slightly change the tour route or schedule if necessary (e.g. due to construction, public events, etc.)

6. Print-on-Demand Products

• All items in our shop are made to order through a trusted production partner (Gelato).

• Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there’s a problem.
